Humidity of refrigeration space

Unlike packaged products, an important parameter for keeping vegetables and fruits alive is the humidity in the refrigerator. If we do not consider the moisture content of the product to be dried, it will spoil and lose its commodity value. The most effective way to maintain the required moisture in the refrigerator is to use an ultrasonic industrial air humidifier. Its special features are the connection to the water supply system and also the effective capacity of moisture (3 kg per hour or more). The humidifier is installed outside the refrigerator (steam is supplied by special air ducts built into the chamber wall). In this case, the moisturizer should be located away from the outside block of the refrigerant unit to avoid exposure of the unit to the moist air flow. If one moisturizer is not sufficient to provide the required moisture concentration, several may be installed.

Adjustable Atmospheric Environment

Long-term storage of vegetables, berries and fruits is essential for controlling air content. The concentration of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide and ethylene can be regulated in the refrigerator through different systems, depending on what product is stored in the refrigerator and what environment is acceptable for storing this product.
