Modern construction is a complex high-tech process, which usually involves a large number of elements. The process itself is stretched in time and burdened with a huge number of nuances and specifications.

If you have a desire to build a house, reconstruct a building, or just organize a redevelopment of a house, office or commercial enterprise, you can do this in different ways: do it all yourself or entrust the work of an external organization called a general contractor. These methods are called, respectively: economic and contracting. In the first case, the customer does everything on his own, without resorting to the help of third-party organizations, that is, combines all the functions: the general contractor, general designer, customer, and developer. With the contracting method of construction, as the name implies, the customer enters into a contract, and all the work is performed by the general contractor. The obligations and responsibilities that the general contractor bears are prescribed in the Rules and the contract with the developer. In turn, the general contractor enters into agreements with other organizations - subcontractors that perform various works, however, he may well perform the work completely independently. An organization licensed to conduct construction and to conclude a general contract is the general contractor.
